The result of this workshop's research is a set of concepts for new fixed-line phone information services. From more than a hundred sketch ideas, we refined nine final service concepts.
Four of the concepts were taken further as service blueprints, supported with full business cases in collaboration with Telecom Italia. Two services are currently going into development.
